01 Glass Car Fragrance Use, fragrance strength, lifespan and safety.
How do I use the glass car fragrance?
Unscrew the wooden cap, carefully remove the plastic seal and screw the wooden cap back on tightly. Then tilt the bottle for a few seconds so the fragrance absorbs into the wood. Hang the bottle upright and securely.
How can I make the scent stronger?
Briefly and carefully tilt the bottle so the wooden cap absorbs fragrance again. Do not leave the bottle upside down for an extended period.
How long does the car fragrance last?
The duration depends on temperature, ventilation and how often you tilt the bottle. With normal use, you can generally enjoy the fragrance for several weeks.
Can the glass bottle leak?
When the wooden cap is tightened securely and the bottle hangs upright, the risk of leakage is low. Excessive or prolonged tilting can cause leakage.
Where is the best place to hang the bottle?
Hang the bottle somewhere it can hang freely without touching the dashboard, upholstery, plastic or other surfaces.
Can I choose the scent and colour myself?
Yes. On the product page you choose your preferred fragrance and one of the available glass bottle colours.
Is the glass car fragrance refillable?
The product is sold as a complete, ready-to-use car fragrance and is not intended to be refilled with another liquid.
Does heat affect its lifespan?
Yes. High temperatures, strong ventilation and prolonged direct sunlight can speed up evaporation.
02 Room Sprays Sizes, fragrance oil, fragrance intensity and use.
How do I use the room spray?
Spray a small amount into the air and gradually build the fragrance intensity. Start with around two to four sprays.
Which sizes are available and what is the bottle made of?
Depending on the current collection, you can choose 50 ml or 100 ml. The bottle is made from high-quality plastic, not glass.
Where can I use the room spray?
For example, use it in the living room, bedroom, hallway, bathroom, toilet or office.
Can I spray it directly onto fabrics?
Preferably spray into the air. If using it near textiles, always test first on an inconspicuous area.
How long does the fragrance linger?
Our room sprays contain a high concentration of quality fragrance oil, so the scent remains noticeable longer than with many standard room sprays. The exact duration varies by fragrance, room, temperature and ventilation.
How can I make the scent stronger?
Add one or two extra sprays and wait briefly before spraying again.
How should I store the room spray?
Store the bottle upright in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children and pets.
Can I use the spray near fire?
No. Keep the room spray away from open flames, heat sources and other ignition sources.
03 Scented Candles Wax, wicks, burn time, care and safety.
What are the scented candles made from?
Our scented candles are made with a coconut and soy wax blend.
Which wick can I choose and what is the burn time?
You can choose a cotton wick or a wooden wick. On average, a cotton wick burns for about 19 hours and a wooden wick for about 17 hours. Exact burn time varies by fragrance and use; these are general estimates.
What should I do during the first burn?
Let the candle burn long enough for the top layer of wax to melt as evenly as possible. This helps prevent tunnelling.
How do I maintain a cotton wick?
Trim the wick to about 5 millimetres before each burn and remove any loose or burnt residue.
How do I maintain a wooden wick?
Carefully remove the heavily charred part before relighting the candle.
Why is my candle burning unevenly?
A wick that is too long, drafts, an unstable surface or a first burn that was too short can affect how the candle burns.
Where should I place the candle?
Place the candle on a heat-resistant, level surface away from drafts, curtains, children and pets.
Can I leave the candle burning unattended?
No. Never leave a burning candle unattended and always follow the safety instructions on the product.
04 Scent Tins Fragrance strength, lifespan and optimal use.
How do I use the scent tin?
Open the scent tin and adjust the rotating lid to the desired opening. Place the tin upright and securely on a dry, flat surface.
Can I control how strong the scent tin smells?
Yes. The adjustable rotating lid lets you control how much fragrance is released.
What happens if I partially open the lid?
A partial opening gives a more subtle fragrance release and can extend the product’s lifespan.
What happens if I fully open the tin?
Opening it fully gives a stronger fragrance release, but the scent may diminish faster.
Can I close the scent tin completely?
Yes. Close the lid when you temporarily do not want fragrance to be released or when you want to preserve it better.
How long does a scent tin last?
On average, a scent tin lasts up to around 60 days (about 2 months). After around 30 days, you can turn the contents over briefly for an extra fragrance boost. Heat, direct sunlight and strong ventilation shorten the lifespan.
Where can I use the scent tin?
For example in the car, wardrobe, hallway, bathroom, toilet, bedroom or office.
How should I store an unused scent tin?
Keep it closed in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children and pets.
05 Orders & Shipping Processing, delivery, order changes and payment methods.
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to ship orders placed on business days before 16:00 on the same day. If the order contains a scented candle, processing may take a little longer because it is carefully prepared and checked.
Does an order with scented candles take longer?
Yes. An order containing one or more scented candles may require a longer processing time. Scented candles are carefully prepared and checked before shipment. Other products in the same order are shipped together with the candle(s).
How long does delivery take in the Netherlands?
Expected delivery within the Netherlands is generally 1 to 2 business days after shipment. Processing before shipment may take longer when the order contains scented candles.
Do you also ship outside the Netherlands?
Yes. Available countries and current shipping costs are shown during checkout.
Will I receive a tracking code?
If the selected shipping method supports tracking, you will receive the details by email once your order has been processed.
Can I still change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot always make changes.
Can I return my order?
No. Our products are prepared according to your chosen fragrance and/or product configuration and therefore cannot be returned. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us directly.
What should I do if my product is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us immediately and include clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping label.
